    A rosé Txakoli from the Zudugarai family in Getaria, on the Basque coast. Made from the local Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grapes, it is pale pink and lightly spritzy, with fresh redcurrant, strawberry and a bright, saline finish that reflects the vineyards' view of the sea.
