Sybille Kuntz Riesling Kabinett

a concentrated wine with an intense fruit character of apple, tangy lime and stone fruit. The texture is amazing, and the mineral characters come through beautifully on the palate along with wonderful floral notes. The grapes are sourced from the Pauls Valley, a side valley formed by the Mosel River. The heat is collected here like in a parabolic mirror. The soil is 100% blue devonian slate and adds distinctive mineral notes into the wines.
