This single-barrel Pinot Blanc was left under flor in old oak for over two years — an ageing method where a natural layer of yeast forms on the wine’s surface, adding savoury, nutty complexity. Think of it as an unfortified Fino sherry, or as a Devonian take on Jura Savagnin. Rich, salty, and textural.
