Rich and oxidative, this barrel matured skin-contact Pinot Gris and stainless steel aged Madeline Angevine blend is layered with baked apple, bruised apricot and nutty depth, balanced by freshness and grip. The assembled blend was then matured for 24 months in old French oak, with some under flor.
