Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir sourced from their finest parcels, this wine is naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts in second-fill French oak barrels, where it rests for 10 months on gross lees. Raspberry-gold in colour, it opens with delicate aromas of rhubarb, orchard fruits and baked apple. The palate is dry and precise, with tart red berry flavours and subtle autolytic notes of puff pastry and baked bread.
