Whole-bunch Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier left to carbonic macerate for a fortnight, a winemaking method where fermentation starts inside the berries, giving the wine its characteristic lift and youthful crunch. Low alcohol yet concentrated and bursting with sour cherry, spice and crunchy red fruit. Suitable for chilling.
