A Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Domaine Roger Sabon, a family estate since the 1950s, from old vines on the appellation's famous round stones. Grenache-led, with Syrah, Mourvèdre and others, it is rich and savoury, with red fruit, garrigue herbs, spice and fine, supple tannins.
