Blurb: Friuli's proximity to the sea mitigates the climate for this wine making it dramatically cooler. Deep ruby in colour with generous blackcurrant and raspberry fruit aromas. On the palate this is quite a savoury number, with herbaceous notes of green pepper and tomato vine alongside the fruit. Chalky minerality, with a long finish.
