A Fiano from Fattoria La Rivolta in the Taburno hills of Campania, farmed organically on clay and limestone soils. Fiano is one of southern Italy's finest white grapes. It is textured and aromatic, with pear, citrus and hazelnut, and a long, mineral finish.
