A Douro red from Quinta do Vesúvio, the Symington family's historic estate in the remote Douro Superior, better known for Vintage Port. The hot, dry 2017 vintage gave dense, concentrated fruit. It has blackberry, violet and spice over firm tannins and a long finish.
