Cerro Chapeu is a Bodega that lies deep in the Uruguayan Pampas, on the Brazilian border. The Arinarnoa grapes are planted in mineral rich, terracotta-red sand soil, imparting an earthy, savoury flavour to this fresh and juicy red wine. It’s left unfiltered to comply with Cerro Chapeu’s minimal intervention philosophy. Serve chilled.
