The 'Iron' is the most full-bodied of Mullineux's Single Terroir Syrah. On the nose, it's spicy and savoury, with dark berries. The tannins are authoritative while retaining a velvety softness. Expect hints of olive, soft herbs and white pepper. This wine is brooding, dense and alluring with a fresh and long finish. Certainly age-worthy.
