A Mâcon-Verzé from Nicolas Maillet, made from organically farmed Chardonnay grown on limestone in the southern Mâconnais. Unoaked and precise, it has citrus, orchard fruit and white flowers, with a clean, mineral finish. A white Burgundy with far more depth than its price suggests.
