Made of a blend of Tintilla, Palomino Fino, Pedro Ximénez and Arinto with brief maceration and co-fermentation of all varieties from various parcels in Jerez de la Frontera. The must that remains in the clay pot develops an ethereal and savoury tone of cedar, dried roses and spices. Meanwhile the must that rests in the stainless-steel tank becomes the aromatic backbone of the wine, carrying freshness, and lifted red fruit.
