Chardonnay marks only 2 per cent of overall wine production in Beaujolais making this wine relatively unusual.  Aged in barrels for 2 years, this white wine has a richness reminiscent of the neighbouring Mâconnais style. The estate, currently at 5 hectares, was inherited by Jérôme Lacondemine in 2016 from his uncle, who in turn, received it from his father. All vines are tended by hand without the use of a tractor, and the wines are made using natural methods with no added sulphites.
