A natural sparking wine produced by Vinedos Ruiz Jimenez, an organic winery located in Rioja, Spain. Made from Garnacha Blanca, a white varietal known for its aromatic complexity and crisp acidity.
The wine appears as a hazy, straw yellow due to its unflitured nature, with aromas of pear, lemon, and apple cider. A light body on the palate with a crisp fizz, well structured profile, and some candied fruits.
A great wine for a banquet including light seafood dishes.
