Concentrated, full bodied, ripe, orange-peel-scented. This wine is made with a hybrid of Pinot Blanc and Riesling created in Italy in the 1930s called Manzoni. The combination creates an incredibly attractive style of wine that most closely resembles Chenin Blanc, or perhaps Sémillon with aromas of smoke, some earthy spice, green apple, and a light waxy texture. Delicate yet powerful.
