A Chardonnay from Château Genoels-Elderen in Belgian Limburg, a pioneer of modern Belgian wine since the early 1990s. Grown on chalky soils in a cool climate, it is fresh and elegant, with green apple, citrus and a clean, chalky finish that recalls Chablis.
