This rosasto is made from a selection of Nerello Mascalese grapes grown organically in the Contrada of the same name in the municipality of Randazzo, on the northern slope of Mount Etna, at approximately 700 meters above sea level. The grapes from old vines are are meticulously selected in the vineyard to produce a fresh, mineral and savoury rosé, an fine exemplar of the grape variety and its terroir.
