A red from Dominio del Águila, Jorge Monzón's estate in La Aguilera, Ribera del Duero, from old Tempranillo vines farmed by hand. Monzón makes a fresher, more elegant style than the region's norm. It is supple and bright, with red cherry, plum and a savoury finish.
