    A traditional-method sparkling wine from Saint-Péray, a tiny northern Rhône appellation with a long history of bubbles. Rémy Nodin makes it from Marsanne and Roussanne grown on granite. It has fine bubbles, notes of pear, almond and white flowers, and a fresh, clean finish.
