A red from Domaine de Saparale in Sartène, in the granite hills of southern Corsica. It is made mainly from Sciaccarellu, the island's native grape, which gives pale, fragrant reds. It has red fruit, maquis herbs and a peppery, gently smoky finish over soft tannins.
