A Monbazillac from Domaine de l'Ancienne Cure in Bergerac, south-west France, made from Sémillon and Muscadelle affected by noble rot. It is golden and sweet, with honey, apricot and citrus peel, balanced by fresh acidity that keeps it lively. A lesser-known neighbour to Sauternes.
