A Côte de Nuits-Villages from David Duband, a Hautes-Côtes de Nuits grower who farms organically and often ferments with whole bunches. Pinot Noir from villages at the ends of the Côte de Nuits gives a bright, supple wine with red cherry, raspberry and a light earthiness.
