    A Brunello di Montalcino from the Cortonesi family's La Mannella estate, just north of Montalcino. Sangiovese is aged in large oak casks, which keeps the fruit clear and bright. It has a garnet colour, notes of sour cherry, leather and dried herbs, and firm but fine tannins.
