Predappio is a small village in Emilia-Romagna where Chiara Condello has five hectares of Sangiovese vines growing in the calcareous soils in the foothills of the Apennine mountains. This is an intense expression of Sangiovese with lifted aromas of sour cherries, tobacco leaf, tar and violets.
