    A white from Koshu, Japan's native grape, grown in Yamanashi at the foot of Mount Fuji. Koshu has pink skins, and a short period of skin contact gives this wine a faint blush. It is delicate and dry, with white peach, yuzu and a subtle, pleasantly bitter edge.
