Chateau Climens 1996

A mature Barsac from the property often called the 'Lord of Barsac', made entirely from botrytised Sémillon grown on red sand over limestone. Three decades of age have deepened it to amber gold, with notes of honey, marmalade, saffron and toasted nuts, lifted by fresh acidity.
