Aromas of summer fruit, redcurrant, underripe strawberry and tart, smoky red plum skin lead the way, with a pulse of bright acidity. Energetic and lifted, with a savoury iron-rich edge. Fewer tannins than your typical Nebbiolo, more of a soft, juicy style with a little bit of grip, that leads to a long, pepper-y finish.
