    A skin-contact Pinot Grigio from the Bressan family in Friuli, farmed without chemicals and made with minimal intervention. Time on the grapes' greyish-pink skins gives it a copper hue, with scents of dried apricot, orange peel and wild herbs, and a textured, gently grippy palate with a long, savoury finish.
