    Created in 2004, this is the estate's first single-vineyard Aligoté. Now sold worldwide and served in the finest restaurants, it has established itself as a gastronomic wine. By cultivating old, so-called "golden" Aligoté vines, drastically limiting yields, and encouraging the expression of the terroir, Laurent crafts wines that are both mineral and floral, destined for fine dining and capable of aging gracefully.
