Have you tried Grauburgunder before? You probably would know it as Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio, but Bauer produce it more in a German style, which has more tropical notes than the German style, and shows wonderful tropical fruit, whilst retaining freshness. A very cool wine, from very cool winemakers.
