    A red Auxey-Duresses from Alain Gras, a small grower in the Côte de Beaune, from very old Pinot Noir vines. Old vines give concentration, while the cool, high village sites behind Meursault keep it fresh, with red cherry, raspberry and a light earthiness over fine, firm tannins.
