    Thanks to the Black Schist soils that these vines are grown on, there is an intense mineral, saltiness to this wine. White blossom and crunchy green grapes direct to Muscat, but with refreshing restraint and structure. Muscat of Spina is a clone of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, found around the community of Spina in Chania.
