Blurb: The grapes used for this wine are grown between 200 and 700 metres altitude and are between 10 and 30 years old. With flavours of white stone fruit and aromatic herbs, this is a precise wine with a long finish. Dominio do Bibei are practising biodynamic and organic and their aim is to create distinctive wines which portray the landscape and the ancient character of the area.
