A vibrant and aromatic white blend from Alsace, combining Pinot Bianco, Pinot Gris Gewürztraminer, Muscat, and Riesling. Gyotaku is the brain-child of couple Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht, a biodynamic farmer and talented Japanese chef respectfully, it's designed to go perfectly with Japanese cuisine like sushi and sashimi.
Expect citrus, green apple, and subtle tropical fruits on the palate, with floral and mineral undertones.
