The Aromatic Bundle - A specially curated selection of our favourite aromatic wines, with bright and lifted aromas ranging from perfumed florals, to zesty and tropical fruits.

Aromatic white wines boast higher levels of terpenes. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that are found in many plants and create the various signature smells we all know and love. Aromatic wines are said to have high levels of something called monoterpenes, a terpene subgroup that's often found in essential oils, which creates the floral and fruity scents that typically characterize them.

This bundle contains:

• Casa Los Frailles Blanc de Trilogia - A well balanced harmony of the three grapes that make up this citric, fresh and elegant white. Acidity and freshness from the Sauvignon Blanc, the aromatic profile of Muscat bringing bright aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle and the unique personality of the indigenous grape Verdil bringing structure and length.
• Leon Beyer Alsace Pinot Gris  - Another 'aromatic' variety for which Alsace is rightly revered. This full-bodied, 100% Pinot Gris exhibits pear aromas and deft, smoky flavours.
  
• Luigi Baudana's 'Dragon' Langhe Bianco - An Italian white wine produced in the Langhe region of Piedmont by the Baudana winery. Crafted from local varietal Nascetta, along with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this full-bodied wine offers notes of green apple, stone fruit, and minerals. Its texture is round and balanced, making it a great accompaniment for food.
