Blurb: A balanced and fruity wine with a velvety feel. Although it may not enjoy the long ageing capacity of its older sibling, it is more accessible from an early age. It displays a bright and intense purplish claret colour and a seductive nose combining subtle notes of coffee, thanks to its time in wood, alongside refreshing minty hints. Blackberries and blackcurrants stand out and rounded grainy tannins give the wine a solid structure. Its particularly smooth feel is a desired characteristic in wines with the intensity of top Bordeaux wines.
